QuantumMind AI LLC ("QMAI", "we", "us") builds and operates software for small businesses. This policy explains
what information we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.
Mobile information and SMS consent. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal
information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or
messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information
will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator
opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates. Information sharing to
subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude
text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us — your name, business name, email address and phone number, when you
email us, submit a form on our site, or book a call.
- Messages you send us — the content of your emails, texts and voicemails, so we can answer them.
- Basic usage of pages we send you — whether a page we prepared for you was opened, on what kind of
device, and which sections were viewed. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
- Business information already published — details a business has published publicly, such as its
website, listed phone number and opening hours.
How we use it
- To reply to you and carry out work you have asked us to do.
- To send you an estimate, a proposal, or an appointment confirmation you requested.
- To keep records we are required to keep, such as invoices and consent records.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not share your mobile number or your messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or
promotional purposes.
- We do not use your information to train models for anyone other than you, and we do not put client content into
third-party training pipelines.
- We do not run advertising trackers or sell audience data.
Text messages
We send text messages only to people who contacted us first and gave us their number. Every message identifies
QuantumMind AI LLC. Reply STOP to any message and we stop permanently and immediately. Reply
HELP for our contact details.
Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us; in practice this is a small
number of messages relating to your own enquiry, and we send no recurring or bulk promotional messages.
Message and data rates may apply — QuantumMind AI LLC does not charge for these messages, but your
mobile carrier's standard rates apply. Full terms are on our SMS Terms page.
Who else sees your information
We use a small number of service providers to operate: an email delivery provider, a telephony provider for calls
and texts, and hosting for our own servers. They process information only to provide that service to us. They are not
permitted to use it for their own marketing, and we do not share messaging consent data with them for that purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence and project records for as long as we work together and for as long afterwards as the law
requires. Opt-out records are kept permanently, because that is the only way to honour an opt-out permanently.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email
